Space, Network, Memory: Media Art and the Transitional City is a 5 day BookSprint that will include documentation and discussion of media art practices from around Aotearoa that engage with these interconnected themes (space, network, memory).Taking place at XCHC in Christchurch it will gather a group of up to 10 participants for an immersive creative writing project facilitated by Adam Hyde.
Call for Expressions of Interest for the ADA BookSprint: Space, Network, Memory: Media Art and the Transitional City, an immersive, innovative, collaborative writing event. To produce a publication that critically addresses a significant body of creative work, interwoven with documentation and discussion of media art practices from around Aotearoa that engage with the interconnected themes of space, network, and memory.
Attendance at ISEA 2013, supported by Creative New Zealand is an output of the ADA Mesh Cities project. ADA members presented a panel titled Media Art and the Transitional City. The ISEA roundtable conversation has been worked into a paper for publication in the ISEA conference proceedings.
